Guiding Hearts: Adoption Consulting and Education site was founded by Jo McLaughlin in an attempt to help prospective adoptive parents wade through the lifelong process of adoption with minimal frustration.
Jo McLaughlin has worked in adoption for over 20 years. She is aware and understands the vulnerabilty that adoptive parents face. Jo has witnessed first hand how inaccurate information can cost an adoption.
Jo's desire is for Guiding Hearts to guide adoptive parents through the ever increasing changes and process of adoption.
